In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Speedy Hire notes the announcement made by the London Stock Exchange on 20 November 2013 in relation to Bonmarché Holdings plc, of its admission to trading on AIM and commencement of unconditional dealings in its shares on AIM. Ishbel Macpherson, Non-Executive Chairman of Speedy Hire, has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director of Bonmarché Holdings plc.
