Annual Report & Accounts 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 15 July 2015 at Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, EC2A 4ES.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders:

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·     Proxy Form.
