The Company was notified on 23 January 2009 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Connected Persons.
On 23 January 2009, Ishbel Macpherson, Senior Independent Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 17,678 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 56p. Following this transaction Ms Macpherson has an interest of 21,694 Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
